Ciao Reinhard, indeed we create kind of cross functional innovation teams for this purpose combining young people from outside the bank and various areas of eduction with experts from inside and outside the bank. For the methodology and how we implement it, it might be to long to explain in a forum like this as it has a lot of aspects.

We do workshops, toolbox training, we do milestone presentation an a lot of things more to make our activities visible. Like you can see in the video. Marketing for the initiative is a very important factor.

are you working with a kind of "cross functional innovation team" which is a kind of a satelite within the organisation? how do you bring in the DT methods and philosophy into the whole organsiation and especially to the management, which is important from my perspective? thank you for getting this insights!
