My design practice focuses on facilitating business and community co-creative growth and collaborative learning. As a design lecturer and facilitator I act as an alchemist; turning teams into opportunity makers. My work is human centred, across sectors and transdisciplinary. Wherever there are people there are problems, big ones, little ones, sticky ones and complex ones and we won’t fix them using the same methods as before. I focus on finding new ways of solving our problems through design thinking and serious play.

Its what I do... what I love, what I teach and luckily what I'm paid for doing.
