I am in the process of organizing some lecture about service design for ICT backgrounded people (reserchers, professionals and students "wannabe startuppers")

One of the topic I have identified is the following:

Arne! An Ironman race is just a few hours (I hear).  So is a musical show (I know).  They are both very hard work...  :)

I am pursueing a project- new zoo- and am interested if anyone has any resources or case studies for the application of service design for a zoo or similar project.
