Dear all,

I am in the process of organizing some lecture about service design for ICT backgrounded people (reserchers, professionals and students "wannabe startuppers")

One of the topic I have identified is the following:

ICT ADOPTION, USE, AND VALUE CREATION -  AN HINT ON TOURIST DESIGN THINKING AND ICT

Would you help me to narrow down the content, identify case history and best practise and lecturer, too?

Thanks!

Arne! An Ironman race is just a few hours (I hear).  So is a musical show (I know).  They are both very hard work...  :)

Hi Joel,

I did a small project with a zoo once. I just talked about it at the ServDes conference. Here you'll find a video of it: http://vimeo.com/18015592

Hope this helps a bit? Write me an email if you have any questions..
