Just returned from the X-Treat Conference in Berlin where I met Arne von Oosterom and Erik Roscam Abbing of Zilver, Global Service Jam organizers in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, respectively. Great Conference!

Thanks Tennyson! But most congratulations should go to Markus  (@markusedgar) - it was his great idea.  I just took care of his rubber chicken while he was having it. :)

Global Serivce Jam London, call for everyone who find themselves in London on 11th-13th March!

We have a problem: to charge or not to charge for a two-day event?

We are lucky enough to have two companies generously offering venue with low cost at East central London, however, there are other reasons why some of us think putting a small price (£15-20) on the tickets is a good idea, while some are against it.

We honestly think it is healthy to open the discussion to the public. Following the principle of co-creation, we are open to what you have to say – our dearest participating jammers.

Please feel free to leave us a comment or suggestion on http://www.gsjamlondon.org.uk/

Look forward to hear from you.

Does anyone know of any service design agencies in the North, like Leeds or Manchester? Would there be much demand for one up there?

Thanks for your input Tennyson, that is true. More is not merryer in this case. I'm at the moment going thrue all the information and next phase is to make guide lines for it, at that point we'll see which methods will be best for using.

Looks nice, Johanna. Just make sure you keep the right amount of techniques, what i mean by that is, keep it simple, don't over do it. People can get confused if you take a "too much" method oriented approach.
Nice challenge, keep us posted on it, ok?
