While conducting ethnographic research, an equal or probably more effort goes into translating the data and insights into understanding and design solutions.
That amount of time also has to be counted in before taking the decision to conduct any ethnographic study. -

That's true Bhavna. and that adds to the problem of lack of time also. We had been successfull in perfom short observations, complementing it with interviews in the spot. That was our solution when there's such lack of time available.
