BECOME A MEMBER OF THE MINDS & MAKERS TEAM!
We are looking for two freelance team member with project experiences in Service Design and User Research. Because we want to keep on working as a flexible team, our approach is not to have a big immovable office full of people, but rather set up a network of interesting and skilled people from various backgrounds. Therefor our core team consist of three fixed project-leads who are always, regarding to the project requirements, supported by a range of freelancers.
We are looking for people, who like to be surrounded by and to engage with people. We are interested in curious and open minded people, who can easily put their selves in the position of someone and enjoy doing so. We are searching for people with natural empathy, who make other people open up easily.
We are excited about people, who are quick and fresh thinkers. We are looking for people, who are able to gain deep insights in a short period of time and to then translate these insights into possible concepts. We are interested in people who are not afraid of complex systems and who are skilled to make abstract ideas tangible.
And we are looking for people who fit in the minds & makers team. These people are passioned and persuaded of their work. They are communicative and prefer to co-think rather than only execute. They are flexible, honest and loyal. And most importantly, they have fun at work because "fun is not the enemy of work"!

thanks a lot for your interest. The freelancer we are looking for should definitely be able to support us with home visits, user interviews and workshops and therefore live in Germany, at least while working with us.
I‘m not sure if you‘re willing to move abroad for "just" a freelance position, but if so we‘re happy to receive your application.
I hope I could answer your question, if not please don‘t hesitate to contact me.
All the best,
Daniela

I have a bachelor in Marketing and I am finishing my master degree in Strategic Business Innovation (Imagineering). I am really familiar with Design Thinking since I had classes during my master about it.
I have 7 years working experience with online marketing and advertising. I am from Brazil, but I am currently living in the Netherlands.
I really liked your job description, and I totally agree with it, therefore, I would like to send to you my CV for you to have a look at it. I am not sure if I can do it through this network, so, could you be so kind and send me your email address?
Thank you, Clara Bianchini.
