Excellent case study on issues we were discussing on patient experience. How do we measure user experience? Is there a sensing coat which a patient could wear which would record their experience levels as they moved along the patient chain
I am always leery of surveys as they tell only half the story. Further personalities play a big part in our interaction with service givers. Many of us have been on both sides of the table. And how would a care giver view us if we walked around with a video, camera, note book and started recording whatever they said or did?
I am sure there is an easier way.
