The first one it's the Open Government policy of the Obama Administration

for sure one of the most difficult issue of democracy nowadays is to divide "claims" of politicians to what is effectively done by the national administrations

of course website is just one of the tool used instead of written communications, I wonder how officies and bureaucrats are introduced to these practices
