Hi. This is an open question to all.
I would like to know what sort of background or qualification service designers have? What does a service designer do on a daily basis and how would one become a service designer?
Is it a specialized course that you can study(such as industrial design?). Or is it a skill that designers learn - ie can an industrial designer become a service designer?
I currently study industrial design so I am interested in learning more about how it can be applied to other fields. 'Design thinking' is a broad skill that is learned from many different fields of design.
