WENOVSKI is a new network of creative minds... but there are so many other network. Is there something valuable we can add? A design thinkers event? Projects/ cases to collaborate on?

Let's put our minds together.

Tell me: What would be useful to you? What do you think we should do? And what should we avoid?

Join us at the education group ( http://wenovski.ning.com/group/inneractprojectgroup ) We are working on some ideas, maybe we can team up.
Hi Alex,

Do you think the school wants to participate in an online project, maybe collaborating with other schools and children?
Yea. Im definitely down with this. Maybe we can work on some small problems that need Design Thinking solutions. It could be personal projects or projects of other organizations. Just to give it a try. But before we start doing that I think we need to "educate" the public what really design thinking is. Just my 2c.
Hi

In Edinburgh, Scotland there is a chance to influence the local politicians. They have asked us to convene a group of people to design public services from the citizen perspective.

Is there anyone doing a similar piece of work in the network ?

Likewise another project is with the police, young people and the idea of serious computer games. Lots of activities I know about here, but any on members of this group ?

Thanks

Alex
Hi, all :)
I' adding now some creative value to WENOSVSKI with our new book that finally came out from the printers yesterday. I spend a sunny morning in a mailing room sending out books to the authors. So if you are interested you can now take a look at: https://www.taik.fi/kirjakauppa/product_info.php?products_id=134
Great news, Satu! :) Congrats!
Brilliant. I'll be waiting by the door for the mailman to come :-)
I'd love to contribute to a project as well. I'm just getting situated in here - so let me know where I should head (is there a group set up) and I'll see what I can offer to the project!
Hi Sita,

Great to see you here :) Check out the project group Inner-City education.

I have run different European Projects based on games, but not producing video games nor serious games. What I do is to use the Methodology how video games are developed and try to train teachers in applying this Methodology to their school curricula.

Recently in a project http://ivetagr.org working with Job Counsellors and disabled students I want to combine 3 main elements to change the way they advise students.

1.Design Thinking to improve they way they work

2.Game Methodologies to revamp the concept of training via evolving games

3.Social Media using web 2.0 tools focusing in trans-media convergence to develop new educational material

So 3 rings that need to be interconnected somehow.

What it would be valuable for me is to put our minds together to combine in a seamless integration these 3 rings.

Any chance?

daniel
