Rapid Prototyping of Service Blueprint and Personas

Usually Service Blueprint and Personas are tool of the design development process to shape the initial ideas into more specific service prototypes.

I'm investigating for solutions to help the quick creation of blueprint and personas, in particular to allow people who never manage them to quickly understand and create them on their own.
