Mobility can use the principle of design thinking to promote innovation.

There are structural, systems and processes for sharing of ideas, sense-making of working together. This includes developing new perspectives and collaborative process on new technology, as in the area of mobility. The very nature of competitive advantaged has changed for companies and countries. After I have been living for several years in Sweden and now moved back to Brazil, I challenge anyone who tell me if any company or country, can nowadays have a real and relevant competitive advantage that they thought they have.
The information revolution continues and should enabling companies, and countries, easily (and sometimes cheaply) match current competitive differentiators and rapidly create new ones. This is the idea, and scenario, that I proposed in my article here - Can Brazil learn from Swedish tech?
