Looking for good examples of companies with 'service delivery' spirit and tangible results

Hello all!

I've been working the last few years with a Dutch client to help them make progress on being a more customer centred organisation. What I'm looking for are some good examples of companies that have made progress on bringing a 'service delivery' spirit to life in the organisation. Specifically examples demonstrating when because the company takes on that customer and service delivery mindset they are able to 'break out of silos' and establish practices (behaviours and structures) to collaborate across functional departments. I would also be interested if such a mindset triggered them to redesign also their processes to work more connected to the end customer instead of having competing separate processes.

Would any of you have tips on good, practical, down to earth practices that companies have taken on board to achieve the service and collaboration spirit across the organisation and that can be seen the day to day work of employees?

Thank you!

Araz
