I'm pushing hard to introduce (with pain) the DT culture in my company... and step by step we are going forward.... Now I'd like to introduce a document managment system to avoid people working and storing their documentents in their own laptops... Do you know or recommend a software to manage documents that fits within the DT culture?

Just to add some more information about my necessities: We are a Innovation department in a FMCG (consemer goods) company. So we basically work with "office" documents, with versions, etc.. under a project structure. As I would involve a real team with hybrid individuals it has to be quite "open". To share certain files with collaborators: suppliers, manufacturers, users, consumers, universities.... etc..
Today I'm evaluating Share Point form MS..... first of all I must get rid of all my prejudiced to MS tools. But today it seems not very agile!
I'll tell you my impressions about how it works to manage all the info generated by a Marketing and R&D team under a DT Culture.
