The Service Design Programme is proud to announce we will be hosting a half-day conference dedicated to Personalised Innovation. The event is being run in conjunction with PDR and Cardiff Metropolitan University at the Cardiff School of Management on the 6th September 2012.

What is personalised innovation?
Increasingly, new technologies are enabling businesses to provide personalised products and services at accessible prices. As consumers use these new technologies and become accustomed to creating their own products, or tailoring services to meet their needs, so businesses and public services need to think differently in order to meet this demand.
But how do you respond to this increased level of expectation and design personalised products and services?
In response to this question, PDR and Cardiff Metropolitan University invite you to come and hear what leading figures think about personalised innovation and its role within each of their organisations.
